Step 1: Select all options  for sizes and colours 

Sizes and colours can be mixed on all products and deals by leaving us a note in “Note for staff”

Step 2 : select all logo placements needed and add your customisation for each

A. We accept any logo format file

B. We will make any changes to improve your logo look and visibility ( such as removing the background, changing the embroidery colour for each clothing item to increase visibility and more)

C. We will provide the final mockup in 3 business days for approval via email ( you will need to approve it if correct otherwise delays will occur)

D. Once we received your feedback, the order will go under production and you won’t hear from us until we dispatch ( for dispatch check the above tab)

We offer multiple delivery options for UK 

1. Express delivery: DPD Next day for orders over £90. This option is available for £5.99 and it guarantees that your order will be dispatched in 10-14 business days from order and delivered next day if based in United kingdom 

2. Express delivery: DPD Next day for orders under £90. This option is available for £8.5 and it guarantees that your order will be dispatched in 10-14 business days from order and delivered next day if based in United kingdom 

3. Standard 2-4 business days  for orders over £90. This option is available for free and it guarantees that your order will be dispatched in 10-14 business days from order and delivered I. 2-4 business days if based in United kingdom 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ORDERS THAT WONT APPROVE THE DESIGN IN TIME OR NEEDS LOGO CHANGE FROM THE FIRST MOCKUP SHEET PROVIDED WILL BE DELAYED
